Why this is on a smart-home site

A schaupunkt screen is the same craft we use to connect houses: a small computer, a screen and a controller that runs on its own. In a living room it shows room temperatures and the power from the roof, in a shop window the weather, fuel prices and local events. Both are built and looked after by the same people.
