Terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

Deviating terms from the customer are not recognised unless the Provider expressly agrees to them in writing.

§ 2 Contract formation

Offers are non-binding. A contract is formed through written order confirmation or the start of the service.

§ 3 Third-party work

Electrical, heating and plumbing work is carried out by the customer's specialists or by businesses referred by the Provider in their own name. The Provider delivers planning, controller, setup and support.

§ 4 Prices and payment

Prices stated in the offer apply, plus statutory VAT. Invoices are payable within 14 days net unless otherwise agreed.

§ 5 Customer cooperation

The customer provides access to building, network and devices as well as the required credentials and names a contact person.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty periods apply: 2 years for consumers, 12 months for business customers from acceptance. § 7 Liability

§ 8 Withdrawal (consumers)

§ 9 Data protection

Processing of personal data as per the privacy policy.

§ 10 Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is Munich.
